Tri-Pro Administrators Ltd is a boutique management company, licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission. We were approached to design their new offices at Maeva Tower in Ebene. The interior was designed and conceived around the concept of open plan and contemporary look while taking into consideration, the principles of Feng Shui, as requested by the Client.

Glazed partitioning were thoroughly integrated in all closed offices and meeting rooms in an attempt at allowing a generous amount of natural light to penetrate throughout the space. These mullion free partition panels also combine maximum transparency and elegance with outstanding fire and acoustic performance.

The warm feeling of timber through melamine claddings and timber pergolas intelligently combines the lightness of the glazed and white partition to create a zen-like atmosphere for this office.

Finally, the integration of a water fountain running on a well crafted stone cladding at the reception area was one key element of Feng Shui, that is believed to attract positive chi, abundance and prosperity into the office and providing a tranquil and relaxing landscape feature when welcoming guests and clients.
