NEXTERACOM

The Nexteracom project stands at a main intersection within the Ebene Cyber City. At the time of its construction in 2010 this project set a new trend of office development in Mauritius. Today it stands as a landmark in the urban scape of Ebene Cyber City. The project consists of 3 towers of different stories connected by an raised plinthed below which are the parking area.

 

The unique characteristics of the site have prompted the architects to utilize a combination of flat and curved curtained walls. The dynamic curved surfaces extend across the building and a wide brise soleil canopy protrudes over the roof resulting to a dynamic volume. The façade dynamic curve offers a panoramic view through wide openings and curtain glazing.
