Elite Towers

The Elite Tower Office complex sits on the most prominent location within the Ebène Cybercity development. Located next to the Main Tower 1, the project enjoys a panoramic view over the Moka region and the western side. The main façade of the building faces the motorway with a major piazza marking the main entrance to the office tower. The complex consists of a 14 storey main office tower which is now the new headquarters of the SICOM group.

The multifaceted elevations also help to break down the density of the tower, harmonizing its formal relationship within the built environment of the cybercity.

The main entrance of the office tower, with its cylindrical curtain wall system, is located on the eastern end of the building. The transparency of the entrance together with the generous ceiling void allow for ample natural light into the atrium.
