This competition was launched by Airport of Mauritius Ltd to build a new head office within the airport area. The proposal focuses on the idea of designing a green building that can be autonomous in electric and water consumption. The passive design standard is being developed more and more to make the building more efficient in terms of energy efficiency. We have made provision for simple solution to improve the energy usage within the building. Adaptive and orientable louvers have been integrated onto the facade while having integrated solar panels within the curve roof.
